Is this a good to soothe soft palate (roof of the mouth) burns from hot food?

I wouldn't think so, because the main ingredient is hydrogen peroxide which is used to cleanse wounds and sores. I bought it for burning mouth syndrome, before I was officially diagnosed, and it did nothing to soothe any of the pain. What does work is Lidocaine oral gel and Magic Mouthwash, which both require prescriptions.

Does this work on healing tongue ulcers?

It worked for me. I have allergic reactions that sometimes give me ulcers on the sides of my tongue and it soothed them and it seemed like they healed faster than when I hadn’t used it.
