geschmacklich top - gebe das Risotto aber nicht wie angegeben ins Wasser. Sonder schwitze den Packungsinhalt in Butter kurz an, lösche dann alles mit Weißwein ab und gebe nach und nach Wasser (oder Brühe!) hinzu :)

Loved this risotto! It was absolutely delicious, easy to make and had a rich flavour to it. I added 3 different cheeses to it as well (Parmesan, Romano and a sharp old white cheddar) and even more fresh mushrooms and it was amazing! I used a bit as a side dish to do with chicken and a salad and had enough for my husband and I plus enough to freeze for a future meal. A few weeks later defrosted the portion I had froze and it tasted equally as fresh and froze well too without losing its flavour. Definitely recommend.
