I got it in a size 8.5. However there are two things about it that I don't like:1. My heel keeps popping out! I have the Jessica Simpson Kelii dress pumps in 8.5 ( Jessica Simpson Women's Kelii Dress Pump, Black 01, 8.5 M US ) and those fit perfectly. But the Baleenda pumps don't seem to hug my heels the same way, even if the shoe fits well otherwise. I don't think I would be able to size down to an 8 and still feel comfortable.2. The shoe looks gorgeous and well-proportioned from the side, but from the front they look a bit funny because of the rounded toe. From the pictures, it looked like these shoes had a slight almond toe, but in reality they really are just pretty round. I like the way I look in round toe ballet flats, but since the heels on these are so high, they create a long lean line for the leg when viewed from the front. To have that long lean line end abruptly in a round toe looks very awkward. They make my legs look like poles instead of, well, legs. It would have been much better if these shoes had a slight almond toe like the Charles David Flip pump ( Charles By Charles David Women's Flip Pump, Black Suede, 8.5 M US ). To be honest, the Charles David Flip pump does not look as cute as the Baleenda from the side, but its almond toe is far superior to the Baleenda's round toe. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful, but tight in the toe box. *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on May 15, 2017* I was happy I read the reviews and ordered a half size up. Even with that they were still super tight in the toe, but I feel if I ordered and larger my feet would slip out of the shoe completely, they already do,but that can easily be fixed with a heel insert.After several days of trying to break them in by just walking around my house, and that not helping I took one of the other reviewers advice and put on a pair of socks and used my hair dryer to warm the shoes up. It took several attemps of heating the inside and outside, manually streching the problem areas as well as walking around. It seems to have fixed the issue.Beforehand they pinched in the weirdest areas, I have never had a shoe be so tight in just one spot on a shoe, but not the same way on the other. And completely different on where is pinched on the other. After 3 days of walking in these for 3 hours the material didnt stretch which would be great if my foot was a bit slimmer. Overall it's a sexy shoe and not a bad fit at all for the price. The shoes were neatly packaged in unopened appropriate brand box with tissue paper. There were no stitch lines in weird locations as would be common with knock offs.
