My Hippo farted once and won't anymore. What do I do?

Have you tried a double bean burrito? Worth a shot.

What is the ball for?

I don't know what you mean. I only got the hippo for my niece- she likes NCIS.

Is this like abby's, on ncis ??

No. Abby’s was specially made just for her. The “fart” sound was added in post production. But my wife likes hers.

How to make fart box work? Thinking it is broken. Replaced the batteries and nothing. What do need to do?

I would ask to return the hippo. Mine works great.
