while the photograph was beautiful, and that was to be expected, it's smaller than a flip book and only has very small english subtitles. this wouldn't be so bad if the book itself was so small. i mean SMALL. and for the price, i DID expect a coffee table top book. the size of a regular book.i felt very embarrassed when it arrived and it was too late to return it and i had to give it to my boyfriend, as was. he thought it was kind of ridiculous too and it's now one of our "things", a "thing" that sucks for me.

Small book that just has some pictures of a standard omakase experience. Was not what I expected or understood that I was purchasing.

Interesante, es un gran libro. Para los amantes del sushi en general y de Jiro en particular. Buenas fotografías, en inglés y japonés

海外に和食とくに健康食品とされている「寿司」の解決本です。外国の友人へのお土産として、最適だと思います。自分の語学力では、その魅力をほ表現できませんでしたので。

全ての解説が日本語・英語で書かれている。　寿司は世界的なものであるがゆえに、外国人向けであるのかも知れないが、本気で寿司ネタを知りたいなら本書では情報不足と感じた。ジャケットは黒に本マグロの握りで引かれたが日本人が読むと「??」が多いです。

中は写真が多くわかりやすい内容でした。外国人が泊まる場所に置いてますので反響が楽しみです
