This is my favorite hairspray and a top 5 favorite hair styling product! It provides a nice hold and a little volume and texture for my wavy, fine hair. I spray some on after my styling product just before blow drying with a diffuser, then again after it is dry. The spray is gentle and diffuse so it is buildable depending upon your preferences. It is also great for second-day hair to refresh my curls. Not to mention smell is incredible; I receive compliments on that all the time.

I was looking for a texture spray with a lighter hold, and this one delivered exactly what I wanted. It adds texture and definition without making my hair feel stiff or crunchy, which can be hard to find in similar products. The formula dries quickly and doesn't leave my hair feeling weighed down. It does have a slightly greasy feel when first applied, but I found it to be fairly minimal and not enough to keep me from using it regularly. The standout feature is definitely the scent. The coconut-vanilla fragrance is strong and lasts all day. If you're planning to wear this, you can probably skip your perfume, since the scent will stick around. It has a fun, beachy vibe that feels perfect for summer and reminds me of a tropical vacation. Every time I use it, I get little hints of the fragrance throughout the day. Overall, this is a great option if you're looking for soft, touchable texture, light hold, and a fantastic summer scent that lasts from morning to night.

Smells great and works great

I have fine, wavy curly hair and while it did not leave my hair feeling stiff or crunchy, it did make it sticky. The vanilla coconut smell is overpowering, but not unpleasant. My main issue was that the stickiness of the product made the nozzle constantly clogged and I could never get it to spray correctly, if at all.

I am very sensative to chemical ingredients, so it is hard to find a natural hairspray that provides a light hold. My previous choice is no longer manufactured and other products were stiff and heavy-handed. This spray is perfect for my needs...clean, light hold, fine mist, light scent.

I've been using Aveda hair products forever, but decided to try this texturizer because it's more natural and much cheaper. And I'm so glad I gave it a shot! I have short fine straight hair. When I use this texturizer, I apply it first while my hair is still wet, and then use hair dryer to give it some volume. Then once my hair is dry, I spray Pacifica again, just to set it the style, so I don't have to use any other hair spray. The style lasted through the day, which is impressive considering that more expensive Aveda texturizer does not hold as long. My only complaint / suggestion would be scent. It's pleasant, but way too strong. I wish this came unscented completely, or with much subtler scent.

Dispenses well. The nozzle does clog if unused for a week or so, but some alcohol can be used to wipe it clean. The smell is OK, but if I use too much, then the smell of the propellant is quite strong and unpleasant. I don't know if it adds any volume. It does help to define my waves, but unlike other salt hairsprays, this one leaves my hair feelings quite greasy after only one application. On the flip side, it does make my hair shiny. It is rather stiff when dried, even with a light or moderate application. If I buy again, it will be simply for the sense memory benefits of the smell, as I used this on a beach vacation and the smell now reminds me of that time.

This is ok not a great value for how much is in the can. Plus The can blocks up all the time because of the ingredients. Great smell which is nice but it also builds up in your hair which super frustrating.

Only thing I like about this product is its smell. Made my hair very knotty
