I live in an apartment with no room for a trash can. I purchased this item to hold a grocery bag for garbage. I like that it provides enough of an opening for easy dumping. During cooking or baking, this is a bonus! It's lightweight and durable. While it's a bit bulky, it fits nicely on the cabinet door just underneath the sink. The color is nice and so far, no chipping. My toddler, who is always willing to help, doesn't struggle anymore when throwing away trash. Being that I'm in a rental, it's a great product to have that both, distributes the weight evenly and won't cause damage to the cabinet door. Overall, it's a great product for the price. It has multiple uses but, for now, I'm utilizing it as a trash bin.

My husband gets so annoyed when I prepare a meal because I leave empty cans and lids and strips of plastic everywhere. My trash can is on the other side of the kitchen and short of dragging it near the stove every time I cook, I end up walking back and forth over and over. Found this little gem and it has made my countertops so much neater. I can use several different sizes of plastic grocery bags. I have it on the cabinet door next to the stove. It is perfect for disposing of all those little bits of trash, so I don’t have to walk across the kitchen ten times in 10 minutes. And it was less than $7! One of the best kitchen gadgets I have found on Amazon or anywhere.

Compact, fits cabinets perfectly, low profile, easy to use, stays put...what else do you need. Nothing. This works exactly as it's designed to. I use in camper and bathroom - perfect for grocery bags to hang on. If I had other spots to use this in I would (will) purchase additional ones.

As a disabled woman, recently widowed and empty nester I found I was having difficulty taking large bags of trash out. And since I couldn’t ask my adult kids to come home from the city to take my trash out every time, I had to find another way. I was at the grocery store one day looking at the arms that hold bags at the registers. It dawned on me they would work great to hold open grocery bags to use for trash. Since the style used in stores was a bit pricey for me, I ordered four of these (one for each bathroom, bedroom and kitchen). I will be ordering one more as I have swiped the one from a bathroom to use in the kitchen. I have found it useful to have one at my prep counter and one at the sink since that’s the two spots I’m always standing in when needing to tops stuff out. I like these a lot, my only suggestion would be to include a part that can be removed that will snug the drawer front up to the the frame. I have over the door coat hangers with these foam pieces that work great on skinny doors and take them off for thicker doors.

Whoever invented this with genius, easy to install my wife loves it has it on a dresser drawer

The holder is a great tool, however the metal piece on the outside of the cabinet door should really be longer. I had to add some thickness to the inside to keep this from falling off all the time. The piece is well constructed but needs to be redesigned a tad.I use it and really like it. I had to come up with way to keep the piece from falling off the door when I open it to add more to the bag.

I absolutely love these things! I don't make that much garbage in my house, so by the time a normal bag gets full it has already started to rot and stink. Using the grocery bag is the perfect size, and now I don't have a nasty grocery bag hanging from a knob in my kitchen, it's hanging under the sink. It hangs really well on the cabinet and is padded to prevent damage. I can definitely think of other uses for this item. I notice Amazon is showing me different versions for different prices. This is the cheapest one I could find and it is perfect. No reason to spend more than $6, they are all shaped the same. Amazon is also selling plastic versions of the same thing, those are likely really bad...and cost more. This item is the cheapest, and probably one of the best!

You have to be certain that you have a door that fits

Personalmente lo trovo molto comodo, permette di poter mantenere aperte le borse con dei manici ed il tutto nascosto all'interno di uno sportello. L'aggancio da appoggiare al lato del cassetto è coperto da un leggero strato di protezione così da poterlo usare anche in mobili delicati, la cromatura permette all'oggetto di adattarsi bene ad una stanza moderna ma non solo. Molto fine e minimale e soprattutto non è di plastica, il che per me o rende lavabile e resistente a qualche urto. Peccato che ( nel mio caso ) le dimensioni non permettono l'inserimento perché prende contro la vasca del lavandino.

I bought one to see what in was like and then I bought three more. My wife who is in a wheelchair and I find it very handy to use in the kitchen, as it fits on all our draw and cupboard fronts including fridge and freezer fronts. If we are say peeling veg, etc, we just attach it to whatever draw or cupboard door that is in front of us at the time and then just slide the peeling off the cutting board into the bag. My wife has one on her deck, I have one in my workshop and we think one of our kids has borrowed the fourth one. We find the instead of just hanging the carrier bags from the handles its best to wrap the carrier bag handle around the metal handles a few times as it helps to keep the neck of the bags open better. It actually works pretty well. Very handy. Until I got this I was hanging garbage bags from oven door. That didn’t always keep it open and useful but with this I can hook it onto a cupboard and loop plastic bag on it and it keeps open and useful. I was surprised how useful it’s been. Love it!
