Is the spray bottle reusable or is it sealed

Hi Arindom. The bottle can be opened, it's not sealed. However recommend not to mix anything else in the solution. And limited period extended use once the bottle has emptied. Thanks.

Does it have xylitol? It is nowhere to be seen in ingredients list

Hi. Yes it does contain Xylitol. Xylitol is a naturally occurring alcohol with sweet taste and has been used with concentration of 3%. Given it is part of excipients, could not be added on the label.

Does it contain xylithol?

Hi Varun. Thanks for raising the query. Yes, the spray contains 3% Xylitol. Xylitol is used as excipient in the product and hence couldn't be mentioned in the label, but yes of course, it is there and has been lab tested for the same.

Does it cause burning or stinging sensation. if yes why?

Hey. So the product contains Tulsi (Holy Basil) extracts which is mentioned in Ayurveda and also proven in clinical trials to have anti-inflammatory benefits from topical applications. This increases effectiveness of the spray. However causes a sensation which is very short lived, may be a minute or so. Nothing to worry if you get it. And another thing, if there is significant redness already existing the sensation may last for 2-3 minutes too. Reach out to customer care or doctor for any help.
