I absolutely love it ! it's so good for your skin and its 100% shea butter, no chemicals. Gotta love that. and it works great at moisturizing dry skin. it doesn't have fragrance oil in it so it doesn't smell wonderful and it doesn't have imulsifiers and other stuff, so it's not easy to spread, but i just take a dab of shea, a squirt of sweet almond oil and acouple squirts of coacoa butter lotion mix in my hands to melt and smooth on. that way it smells nice and spreads good And i know what it is that I'm spreading all over me. this time however, the shea butter had a gritty, granular texture that i dont like. the first one i ordered did not have that grit so that's why 4 and not 5 stars. hope this helps someone in their decision. Besides keeping my skin soft and supple (I always get compliments) Shea helped get rid of the shave bumps I had on my legs, underarms, bikini area and helps with overall dry skin. Also, I had a painful Sunburn a few summers ago and nothing was helping. I can’t recall why, but I decided to try Shea butter and (I kid you not!!) it healed my sunburn, took away the pain and I was surprised my skin didn’t peel!! I am also a massage therapist and my clients love when I used this for deep tissue massage. ### ⭐ rock hard and poor quality *by E***V on Reviewed in the United States on November 24, 2020* I have purchased this exact shea butter and brand in brick and mortar stores for many years. What I got from Amazon was nothing like what I am used to getting. I work with shea butter so I know the material well. What I got was almost orange from a higher than normal turmeric content, and rock hard. Raw shea butter is never rock hard at room temp. This is rock hard- so much so, that I need to use a metal spoon to scoop parts of it- some is rock hard and some is mostly rock hard. It seems like perhaps another material was used, like commercial/refined cocoa butter because it matches that consistency, and does not have the telltale strong smell of raw shea butter. If so, that's fraud.
