4UCAM PAN/TILT Handheld 2.5" Color Video Baby Monitor and 2.4GHz Wireless Camera - Day & Night Video & Audio Infant Nursery Monitor

OK - this product gives me mixed emotions. I am "blind as a bat" without my glasses, and at night have struggled with seeing my son through a traditional monitor. I bought this one when my son "dropped" the old one, becuase it has an AV output, which means I can plug this into tmy TV and see what's happening when I hear noises in the middle of the night without scrambling for my glasses first, AND becuase of the pan/tilt feature. I LOVE These features, and they're not that easy to find in combination with eachother, for some reason (at least not in my price range).However, the product lasted less than a year before is just stopped working. Just stopped. No explanation, no event, no logical cause. It just would not power on in any way shape or form. I went out and bought several replacements from local big-box-stores, but of the one that DID have theAV output feature - it's picture quality was laughably bad. In the end, all of them were returned I have ordered another of these.So in a nutshell - buyer beware. It's a good unit for the price and features. However, the sound quality is horrible, and it will eat you out of batteries if you don't use the provided power cord. (I never use it as a portable unit). Seriously - the one time I did the batteries drained in less than 3 hours.However, if you are looking for a unit with pan/tilt and the abilty to hook it into your tv at night - I recommend this one for those purposes.

Its great. You can move the camera around. I two girls sleep in the same room. So I can keep an eye on both of them. The antenna does nothing to make the picture quality better. So have to move the entire camera around to figure out how to reduce the static. I have figured out hot to place the camera and the monitor to where I get a really good picture and sound with them about 20 feet away with a wall in between. This is a science though. move camera then check monitor. Took me a while to figure out.

It works really really well goes really far and through walls I should get this thing tested I bet this thing is more like 2W not 2mw lol if the camera is close to microwave it will giggle up till the microwave is done cooking yo food no biggy, I have like a big wifi system with spider looking antenna on it it's 2.4ghz not much interference, love love love this damn thing might get a nother one soon , good reciver build love it so good wish it had SD card record it's the best other than that picks up video damn good clear clean with sound and pan and tilt work it is priced damn perfect ! Love the price !!! I love this kinda product this one works it makes me happy for now see how these things go lol I've had for 2 weeks now it works perfect

I bought this monitor for the Pan and Tilt features which work great but they do not outweigh the horrible reception. My son's room is only about 30-40 feet away but I get static and a snowy screen just about everywhere in my bedroom. I tried adjusting the antennas but nothing seemed to help.I also noticed that this monitor eats batteries very quickly so I contacted the seller (DBROTH) who told me to send the unit back and they would replacement it with an improved model. It took over a month to process the new order and when it arrived it was the same exact old model. I tried the replacement unit but got the same results - static and snow!I actually went back to the baby monitor made by Summer that we used for our first child. It doesn't have the Pan and Tilt but the image is crystal clear and there is zero static or snow.

This is my first monitor camera (and my first baby). After 15 days of use I have to admit my mistake with the characteristics I chose to select this product.First of all, PAN camera is a gadget more than a useful product to monitor baby.- The signal of the camera is interfered for any 2.4Ghz phone or WiFi network. The interfence is so deep you have to mute the receiver.- Brick walls reduce the signal power, reducing the distance of use to a less than 6 meters. After that the noise in audio make it useless.I have 2 2.4Ghz phones, and a 802.11g network. I have to decide between them, so I prefer to turn this monitor off.I don't return this products, because I live outside EEUU.

Purchased for our new nursery, picture quality isn't great and if you have wireless internet, cordless phones or use your cell phones alot it will interfere. We've tried changing the channels, moving equipment and it is grainy with alot of lines still. Not worth the money, but we're stuck.

I gave had this monitor before and was very happy with it..this time the picture is grainy and very washed out..even changing the settings doesn't help..the monitor feels like it was made as a cheaper version.. you cannot use it with batteries , the back opens up and you get put batteries in it but it does not work unless plugged in..

The only real problem with this monitor is the static. There was quite a bitof static when the tv was on. Other than that the monitor is very good. It stoppedworking after 8 days, but it was probably isolated.
