Initially, I couldn’t get this product to reach the necessary 50 PPM. Scott Golub, the owner, reached out to me to and helped me get the proper concentration to match the cam timing on our American Dish Machine dispenser. For us, this doesn’t make 5 gallons of sanitizer — it only makes 2 (at 50 PPM). That said, it’s still half the price of our usual restaurant supply sanitizer (but not the 1/5 the price I had initially assumed at the default concentration).

This was a wonderful find. Works great in my restaurant dish machine at a fraction of the cost of what I had been using. What a great savings.

This product does not give us the sanitation strength when we use on our cma dishwasher. To meet the sanitation requirements , we have to use it before it's diluted. But that will make it a lot more expensive than what we can buy locally.

We bought this and its companion products to replenish our commercial dishwasher. It was delivered quickly, easy to use, and clearly colored coded for safety. Due to the potency of the concentrate, it might be best mixed outdoors and with a mask.

can't believe that is to easy to make the 5 gallon,and work great i have to add more water on it,because it is to strong.
