Too spicy
Tastes good but way too spicy for my taste. Ordered the least spicy according to reviews but it was still too much.

It's fun, fast and tasty!
I never thought that getting a tasty meal like this could be this easy and so much fun! I'm buying more of them 👍 update: I have been purchasing the tomato flavor and it tastes awesome if you add most of the packet of chili peppers! also a good trick is to add hot water (if you have it handy) for the meal (not with the heating pad) , use cold water preferably for the heating pad (about 2 inches of water only) Also put the bamboo shoots (the stiff beige sticks in the seal transparent packet) at the very bottom so that they cook completely you won't regret it if you do it right! also I do the same thing as an other reviewer I let it sit for 12-15 minutes after it begins bubbling instead of the 8 minutes then everything is cooked perfectly! the tomato flavor is the least spicy but taste awesome with lots of chili peppers ;-) 👍 these make great meals ! Enjoy

Moldy noodles, not good.
The taste is pretty subpar (I got the Golden) and my noodles were moldy (spot in the corner had spread through about half the noodles). Haven't looked at the rest. Value? Idk. It's worth it to have a hot bowl I can make hot top Ramen in I guess. And if you're into moldy noodles, do I have a deal for you.

Does the job
Flavor is good. Its very accurate for a cheap hot pot if you can't afford to go or have none by you. Golden soup is my favorite.

It was NOT bland.
I lived in The PRC for 9 years and had good success avoiding spicy food. Spicy hurts me. That little word SICHUAN really should have warned me. The fact that I focused on Golden Soup is very much my own fault. Imagine my surprise to find it Molten Golden Soup. Oh my god it is so spicy. The saltiness is perfect for me. The sourness of the pickled items is also perfect. No complaints. It is NOT bland to me.

Delicious but beware….
They smell amazing but are very very spicy. Would definitely buy again if they reduce the heat. Or have a non spicy one.
