All the stainless plates were more like pasta bowls. But this set is made up of good size pieces. We only used these one time but everything seems durable for multiple years of camping trips. They clean up easily, and are light weight. I saw the Coleman version of these and they do not have the nice metal finished edges that this set does. This is a lot better quality and a better price than the Coleman set. I only recommend this set for 2 people because its nice to have a spare plate to put the cooked food on for serving.
