My husband and I got on Amazon to find her a new one. Not sure if we could order something so personal to satisfy my mother's needs, and the fact that it was being sent to her sight unseen was a little unnerving. But my husband and I read all the reviews(great reviews), and the chair was delivered to her in the mountain region. To my surprise I don't know how they found the house LOL! My Mother's neighbor assembled it for her. And she absolutely loves the chair. It is made for a petite person, which is what we wanted. Petite in stature, but my mother is slightly 200 pds. The head rest fits her neck, and her legs fit the foot rest. Also, the chair has the right enough padding to make it comfortable. From old injuries my mother has to sleep in the chair half the night, and being that she is 86 yrs old she has a great deal of pain.
