Takes the edge off hunger and is full of good stuff ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best ever all-inclusive supplement based on natural organic ingredients provided in an easy to digest powder *by S***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 5 September 2015* This supplement contains a wide range of ingredients, mostly organic and/or natural. As I take many different supplements this has helped me to reduce the number of different supplements that I take. I have been taking it daily for about two months and plan to continue taking it regularly.I eat it with my breakfast cereals and it tastes good. As it is a very dry powder it needs to be mixed in well with liquids such as juice, sheep's milk, yoghurt and kefir (I cannot drink unfermented cow's milk) so eating it with breakfast cereals is the most practical way to take it.The recommended serving of two teaspoons provides an adequate amount of Vitamin C, most B vitamins, the main minerals including zinc, probiotics and many green ingredients including spirulina and chlorella.The only obvious addition required is calcium with magnesium and other minerals for anyone whose diet does not provide enough of these, which would require taking an osteo supplement, various forms of which are available from many suppliers. As I have a requirement for a high amount of green foods, I take some additional individual supplements such as spirulina, chlorella and moringa leaf, but this is not necessary for everyone.For most people, this one supplement, taken once a day, will provide everything you need.I have tried various supplements and this is the most complete one I have found. The price is quite high, but well worthwhile as it avoids the need to take a large number of different supplements. It is worthwhile to look for the most economic quantity of this item if you are planning to take it regularly.As it is a powder with no fillers (such as are included in many pills) it should be well absorbed by the body.Overall a highly recommended item, with very little or nothing available on the market to compare with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent! *by T***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 5 July 2021* This stuff is simply excellent. Love the taste - little like blueberries when you add it to apple juice (apple juice keeps it alkali), the benefits are too many to write here but you can feel the difference in your health and focus when you take it.
