The flower decals on the cape seem to be ironed on and several of them are peeling off right out of the box. The shoulder portion is also extremely itchy for my daughter because it was sewn with the patterns facing out on both the outside and the inside so there is glitter right up against the skin. It's a lovely garment for play time and the general construction seems to be good.
