King Oscar Skinless & Boneless are a milder flavor than the regular sardine, less fishy smell, nice firm texture, closer to tuna than a sardine. I love the Spanish Style Skinless & Boneless, just a little heat, real good. I just recently tried the King Oscar Mackerel Fillets, they are delicious in the Olive Oil with Lemon, real nice firm fillets, very delicious.
