They are great Sardines, not fishy tasing or too oily just right. A clean Sardine flavor with good mouth feel.Also you may want to try the King Oscar Spanish Style sardine in olive oil.Con: none, other than skin on bone in Sardines are more healthy but I don't like the flavor.

My brother loves these. He can eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner. Unfortunately I’m allergic to seafood, but they make my brother happy 👍
