Great for Tiramisu
We make two fresh fruit tiramisu dishes each year, strawberry from a Giana deLaurentis recipe and peach that we adapted from the strawberry recipe. Both require good quality crisp lady finger cookies. The ones imported from Italy seem to be the best and they are almost impossible to find in local supermarkets so ordering these from Amazon fills the bill.

Yes, yes, yes
This brand of ladyfingers is the best to use for tiramisu! The other brand I used for tiramisu got soggy really fast when I pulled it out of the refrigerator after the acquired time it needed whereas this brand didn't get soggy even after the acquired time in the refrigerator. That's my opinion, to reiterate, I like this brand & would continue to use it for my future tiramisus.

Perfect purchase!
I used this to make traditional tiramisu and it tasted just like the tiramisu I eat at restaurants. The cookie was extremely absorbent and only required a one second dip for it to moisten up. I love this product and would buy again!

It has mold!
There are four separate packs in one bag. Two of them were moldy, which means I had to throw away. The other two are fine. The product is good but seriously, they got to so something with the mold. This is not cheap at all! 😢 I give 3 stars for the fast shipping.
