I always take 2 capsules before to eat with 30-60 minuts before to eat. Are amazing helping me to keep control my appetite and crazy cravings. I don't need to eat much and the insane wish for sweets totally disspaird. Very satisfied. Sometimes i even don't need to take 3 times per day because on the evening i don't feel the wish to eat like i used to do before to discover these capsules.

Okay so... I ordered these and they came next day. I am on my second day of taking them and let me tell you... they work! I had just taken a couple of bites out of my breakfast sandwich when I swallowed two tablets as advised. Quite literally about a minute later and I was struggling to fit any more food in my stomach, I felt so full! They definitely make me go to the toilet (and I don’t mean for a number 1) so much more frequently so I can tell they’re working from the inside too. They smell zesty and taste citrusy so I don’t mind them at all. Even to swallow, I put them at the back of my tongue vertically so it’s easier to swallow and doesn’t get stuck. So far, I’d say I’m quite impressed. I gained some weight during quarantine and I was looking for ways to shift it... I think I have found the holy grail! Of course you need to incorporate a good diet & exercise as with any product that claims to help you lose weight, but I’m 99.9% sure that these will help me on my way! Each person’s body is different so what works for some may not work for others and the mixed reviews had me sceptical but I’m lucky it’s working for me 😀

I have a huge a appetite usually.. Started to take this product and it suppressed my appetite straight away. This allowed for me to make better food choices as I'm not constantly feeling like I need emergency high carb food urgently....lost 4 lb in a 2 days!

Very fast delivery, nice flavour and easy to swallow. Seems that is natural product as it doesn't give me any trouble with my sensitive stomach. Ice received a few days ago but I can already feel it working as it take away my appetite and my evening cravings

I thought it was working to begin with. But then that feeling stopped clearly me convincing myself. The second week. I felt so hungry and rubbish. I decided to put a cap in some water. The result which came from it. Takes so long to dissolve into anything. And when it does it’s as thick as a yoghurt. So isn’t going to do much. Better off with a low calorie jelly.

I have been taking these capsules for over a month now and my appetite had reduced and I have lost weight. The taste makes them easier to swallow especially for someone like me who finds it hard to swallow tablets.

This is my personal experience: I’ve been taking these for months and have lost weight using them. I starting using them with a dose of will power and determination to loose weight also, the pills won’t do it all for you, you have to have the right mindset also. I suffer from binge eating, taking these regularly cuts my appetite down substantially due to them expanding in my stomach leaving little room for food. However, if I miss a dose my appetite comes back with vengeance, not entirely sure wether this is linked to the pill itself or just me being a piggy. All in all: 5*- I’ve recommended these to all my friends.

I think it's definitely working for me. Its definitely making me feel full. I'm definitely eating a lot less.

E’ la prima volta che utilizzo quest’integratore alimentare e per il momento posso ritenermi completamente soddisfatta!. Dopo tre settimane di utilizzo avverto molta meno fame e mi sento molto più leggera, anche perché ogni volta che prendo le capsule le accompagno con bel bicchiere d’acqua. Abbinandole ad una dieta equilibrata e a dell’attività sportiva, si possono ottenere fin da subito dei buoni risultati in termini di perdita di peso. Le capsule emanano un gradevole profumo di limone e anche dopo averle assunte non danno alcun tipo di reflusso che spesso è tipico di tanti integratori. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia perdere un po’ di peso e tenersi in forma!.

Mit Sport und einer kalorienreduzierten Ernährung hat es bei mir schon deutliche Wirkung gezeigt. Ich werde das Präparat noch eine Zeit lang als Kur zur Unterstützung einsetzten, denn gerade in stressigen Zeiten spielt der Appetit einen doch manchmal einen Streich. Gebruik het als ondersteuning en helpt me ontzettend goed om mijn gang naar zoetigheid in te dammen. 2 weken in combinatie met een aangepast eetpatroon en wat extra beweging, geeft al -2 kilo aan op de weegschaal! Superblij mee.💪🏻
