Excellent cup of coffee
It tastes just like the coffee from my coffee farm located in a nearby mountain range in Honduras. It’s very chocolaty in flavor, not at all acidic, and goes down smoothly. And, it is properly roasted. This Marcala coffee will not disappoint.

The quality of this coffee beans is 11/10 taste 100 percent organic good quality. I’m super satisfied and I will continue to buy my coffee here from Fresh Roasted Coffee. I truly recommend it!

A great cup of coffee
Great Honduras coffee, it’s a little too mild but I’m not complaining. It’s smooth, flavorful and genuinely a nice cup of coffee. What would make it better? I like a medium roast. Where I live, a dark roast is almost burnt. I avoid the more popular coffees for that reason. But more of a medium to dark roast would be ideal. I didn’t have a lot of time to search. But Honduras coffee can be pricey. I feel fortunate to purchase 2 pounds and when it’s time to buy again, this will be my first choice.

After a lot of reading about Central American coffees, ...
After a lot of reading about Central American coffees, I decided on this Honduran Marcala OFT, in hopes of it being a rich medium dark coffee. It's alright for when company comes over, and does have some interesting tastes, but I wouldn't make this my first cup in the morning choice. Due to my ignorance in not understanding the descriptions for medium, medium dark and dark, I made the choice. Final words: Selecting a coffee is totally a subjective choice, just as with buying wine. Yr this one out and see if it matches your expectatins.
