Product is great
The cost seems a little high. Check out Roger sporting goods website before ordering. Cheaper and alot of stuff qualified for free shipping. For what I paid I could of bought foam filled decoys.

Awesome decoys
100% built by hunters for hunters. I am a big fan of higdon as a whole. The customer service is top notch, and their products take the beatings of hunting without a problem. These goose butts are large, painted very nicely, rugged, and have a very nice keel weight and design to not only keep them down but have motion where you wouldnt expect to find any.

looks good in the water
They put a ton of white out for birds to see from a ways off. The seams keep water out but look suspect. All in all a good buy.

Vary big
Work good saves space but still big

Too heavy to be practical
These decoys look great but they are extremely heavy! Each one weighs 6lbs, that's more than two regular floater decoys. I'm using 8 feeder butt decoys and it adds an extra 54lbs to the gear I bring hunting. If you use a large boat to access your hunting spots this may not be a problem for you. I removed the 4lbs of sand that they use in the keel , drilled holes in the keel and tied on a pound of lead sinkers instead. No the lead, combined with the water that fills the keel when you deploy these decoys keeps the decoy sitting upright. When I pick them up, I let the water drain out before putting them in the decoy bag. It was a lot of work but now they weigh 3lbs instead of 6lbs. If I could do it again, if return them and get some lighter decoys. Check the shipping weight!!!!
