Does the gallon china gel come with a pump dispenser?

No. The pump has to be purchased separately.

Is there a difference between the white and the green formulas?

I don't see any difference. The green is in the jar and white is in the pump. I use both. Love the stuff! Works great for everything from sore muscles, joints and even headaches. I put it on the back of my neck for a headache. Great for opening sinus by putting some on chest.

Does it contain essential oils?

China gel contains 7 herbal ingredients. It contains Menthol, Camphor, Ginseng, Angelica, Lavender, Aloe Vera, and Witch Hazel. As far as I know, it does not contain contain essential oils or any other ingredients.

Is China Jel a Gluten free product?

Yes but the green has yellow 5.l which is bad. Order the China gel white. Same product with no yellow dye.
