I think these are the best shears hands down. I loathe those dainty little finger holes on regular scissors, I’ve got a beefy thumb, so I need a girthy thumb hole on my scissors/shears! This is the second time I’ve purchased them not because they’re not up to the job, but because these things are built like Panzer, tough as nails, black or green they are perfect for your field kit, very chic, very fashionable. All joking aside, the work very well, are easy to use, cut pretty much anything I have had to cut. I just think they’re awesome. I keep a pair in every vehicle I have just because they are so useful.

I have had 4 pair of these. This is because I keep leaving them at my patients houses, however, I will keep buying them. They are sharp, easy to clean, and durable. My patients always want to know where I got them. They are perfect size for anything I need. Highly recommend.

These are very nice shears for the money. I haven't had a chance to use them yet which is probably a good thing. I can only comment on my perception of initial quality. These shears came very sharp and the fit and finish is excellent. They fit well and work easily in my larger hands. The design is very flat which saves space. I think I might switch these with the ones in my trauma first aid kit that I carry in my truck. The old pair will go in my tool chest for auto repairs and household DIY projects. I'm a former river guide and general outdoor adventurer so I've had opportunities to use shears like these in the field. I find they are a superior design to regular first aid scissors and tough enough to cut just about anything within reason. The guard on the point of this scissors makes it easy to get under bandages and clothing without the risk of poking or cutting your patient. They easily cut seat belts, regular clothing belts, ropes, NRS straps, para-cord, clothing, etc. I got the black version which is nice looking but in hindsight, a bright stainless version might be better for my purposes. Seems like accidents & injuries often happen at night, or injuries that happened during the day, need tending at night. Black tools are easy to lose on dark pavement, underneath things like cars or alongside the road, trail or river. I may have to pick up another pair. 4 star rating is only because I haven't had a chance to really put them to the test.

Very sturdy, very smooth. Light. Fits well in hand. Exactly the size I wanted. Glides against the skin perfectly safely for cutting bandages without any risk of cutting the patient.Not sure how getting a 2 pack was literally cheaper than getting a single, but can't complain about that. Gave the spare to my dad's home nurse and they appreciated it. Nurse said she liked this type of scissors specifically because the coating on it made it very easy to clean.

These scissors are amazing. They cut trough everything, they don't hurt your fingers when cutting. I bought multiple sets for inside misc use, kitchen use and garage use. These come in handy. I wish there was more color options so i can tell them apart, but they do the job.
