We've had another Herm Sprenger prong collar - my girlfriend and our dog walker found it hard to put the other collar on/take off (bending prongs was hard for smaller hands). When we received the new "Neck Tech" collar, we had to size it to fit our guys neck. I had to remove 4 links - each one requires a serious effort and/or the use of a tool to bend and pry. It works like the traditional prong. The bad... I have had the quick-snap pop off while the dog was on the leash.
