I have no say, these gloves are amazing and I don't understand how anyone could give these less than 5 stars. Personally, I do not like the feeling of gym gloves because they cover my whole hand and I get really sweaty and hot so I don't like the feeling of my hot sweaty hands being covered in hot sweaty gloves, it is a horrible feeling with all that hot air trapped in there. These gloves leave your hand open leaving the back of your hand exposed for air to flow and it feels great. They are put together well, do not feel flimsy or cheap at all (again I don't understand what the people are talking about that say they fell apart), and the wrist support is nice. These are awesome, these are awesome, and these are awesome. I've been using them for a while now and they are FAR from falling apart. I think they will last a long time and if anything ever happens to them I will purchase the same exact ones again. Just make sure you put your index fingers in the right hole so that your pinky isn't in the index finger (you can tell because the index one is bigger and your pinky will be uncomfortably floating around in a much bigger hole). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow the size guide *by P***0 on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2016* I am a man w medium hands and I like my gloves to fit tight. I didn't follow the sellers recommendation to buy the male size and they are a little tighter and smaller than I would like. That said they weren't so tight that they restricted blood flow like some other reviewers mentioned. After my first set using these gloves I noticed some small tears/ stretch marks below the palm pad on one of the gloves. I'm not sure if they were there before I started or were a result of the strain on them from the first set. At the end of my 1hr workout I didn't notice any change in them and don't believe at this point that I need to worry about them falling apart. All in all I like them and appreciated how much cooler my hands felt, they didn't sweat like they tend to w my previous glove that covered my pairs. I work construction, so I needed some sort of quick relief, but with a long-term outlook. This gloves definitely did the trick.You can adjust the pressure to your liking by tightening up the strap. Regardless, the material feels very comfortable, except maybe around the finger "rings" that are connected to the strap by a stretchable but sturdy and durable cloth. I have very large hands, so at times it felt like I was fighting the gloves when trying to reach for something with a stretched hand.I suppose it's for the best, as it minimizes any further damage and prevents future pain...or at least post-pones it further into old age.As relief for acute pain, it works very well; stronger pain on the other hand...I'd rather not find out yet.It should also work well as a preventive measure.
