Midwest 24-Inch Pink Single Door iCrate, for Small Breeds, 12-20 lbs

We purchased this medium-size dog kennel when our puppy first came home, and it ended up being one of the best early investments we made for him. The quality was excellent — sturdy, secure, and easy to assemble. It felt safe and well-ventilated, and we had complete peace of mind knowing he was comfortable inside. The size was perfect during his early months, giving him enough room to stand, turn around, and stretch out without feeling overwhelmed. It was also easy to clean (which is a huge plus during potty-training days!). The door latch was secure but simple to open, and the overall construction held up beautifully to normal puppy energy. Eventually, our growing boy outgrew it — which honestly speaks more to how fast he grew than anything else — but it served us perfectly during that important stage. We would absolutely recommend this kennel to anyone bringing home a small-to-medium breed puppy or looking for a reliable starter crate. It did exactly what we needed it to do, and we were very happy with it!

My new adopted Fourche likes his crate. I like that it's well made, sturdy, and not too expensive. I did not need the inner wall so tossed that. My Fourche has lots of room to spread out and have a few toys to keep him company. I like the color blue too. Even my beagle likes to hang out in their when the other dog isn't in there. It's big enough for him too.

This dog crate is Beautiful and I got it at a great price from Open box. I love it. We have a puppy coming home soon and I can’t wait to see him sleeping in there.

Very easy to assemble and sturdy. I have a small puppy that will grow to about 15 pounds. This crate is perfect size for her. I am not sectioning off crate, she has room to sleep, do her business, and eat. I do not plan on crating her once she is potty trained and not chewing everything in sight.

I purchased this crate not long ago for my 16 lb. poodle mix. The older my dog gets the more noises upset her. It started as just thunder setting her off and moved into hard rain and now even the ding from messages on my phone or my computer seems to make her upset. While my dog was crate trained as a puppy, she has not had a crate for 3-4 years and, instead, when I leave her at home, she has free run of the house. While I thought this would be the best for her, as it isn't like she gets into anything, after speaking with my vet about her fear with noises I realized that what she needed was a more secure space for herself, hence purchasing this crate. While my dog may need her own home, my apartment isn't huge and I didn't have anywhere I could stick a crate where it would be out of the way. Many of the endtable/dog crate designs are incredibly expensive and were far outside my budget. I wanted something that was durable but also fashionable enough since the crate would be sitting out in plain site. I am a rather huge fan of the color pink and so when I saw this crate I knew it would work well. I worked for 6 years at a small, boutique pet store and Midwest was the best line of crates we sold and this one definitely holds up. The iCrate is their cheaper line but it is by no means cheap in quality! The wire is sturdy enough to not be flimsy and goes together incredibly easy. If, however, you have a dog that is rather large or perhaps prone to destructive behaviours, though (my 16 pound poodle could not destroy anything outside of a tiny tennis ball), the iCrate wire may not be sturdy ENOUGH so you may have to go to a thicker gauge but honestly, for most of the people that would come into our store looking for a crate, the Midwest iCrate is the ones we sold them. This particular model only has one door at the far end which is something I'm not particularly fond of. I prefer having two doors, or at least having one on the side. However, the double doors are more expensive and I do not believe they are offered in the color. As for the pink colour, it is really true to the picture and is a rather fetching light pink shade. It is a coating that goes on over the wire so in some places where the wire rubbed really hard it had come off but these places were tiny and didn't bother me too much. In addition the latch is a little sticky and hard to slide into place and at the top where the top and the back crate side line up there is a tiny gap. None of these were really bad enough to make me return the item or make the crate unuseable but it is why I docked a star. One other thing! The pan that you get for these crates IS a plastic pan. I know some people look for metal ones as their dogs are prone to destroying plastic ones. This one is plastic, however, you can pull it out and just have the dog crate bed on top of the bottom wire and that should keep your pup from tearing into the plastic.

Perfect for my puppy. I love there is a removable tray at the bottom for any accidents. The divider is helpful too as it doesn’t give him too much space, but it will allow the crate to grow with him. Wheels on the bottom make it easier to roll around for set up. The top of the crate can’t have too much weight on top of it a it’s a fold up. Just keep in mind it’s not a piece of furniture that can be sit up on. My pup loves it to sleep in it and works great for crate training. I keep a blanket over it for when he sleeps but thinking of getting a light weight canvas cover for it.

Bought and still using for my dachshund puppy and the color is as described as well.

This product is excellent. The material is excellent, it's easy to assemble, and it's comfortable.

I love these crates. Light and airy, solid and safe. And they don't rattle like other wire crates I've used for my pets. They fold flat. Visitors admire the pretty colours. They could be a bit heavy for anyone with a disability, but that weight makes them stable, and my pets appreciate that.

Very easy to handle. Good quality and firm enough as my dog likes to chew it. Only drawback is my dog sometimes got her face stuck in the gaps when chewing the cage and screamed. Will recommend it though!

Great product for a decent price. I got the puppy pen in the same color, both things look nice at home and seems to be of good quality. Easy to assemble, make sure to put some anti-slip layer between the bottom and the tray.
