Looks good, works well.... what more could you ask for?
It is a faucet... it functions perfectly at its task. We updated a bathroom that had all brass fixtures to chrome and this faucet fit the bill. My husband installed it so I cannot comment on the ease of installation other than to say there was no loud cursing or additional trips to the hardware store... this indicates to me a fairly uncomplicated install. As to the comments about keeping it clean, it is shiny chrome it will take finger prints but they wipe off easily. All in all at good value.

A spot-on replacement for a Moen faucet
This was a perfect replacement for a Moen faucet where the internal cartridge couldn’t be replaced. It was priced better on Amazon than it would have been from my plumber, and it was available on Amazon for next-day delivery. It has been operating perfectly since its installation.

Great easy to install faucet!
This faucet came with a very good set of instructions. I have had no problems with several Moen products I bought in the past so I did not mind paying a little more for this one. The unit came with the drain which fit and worked perfectly. This is a very well designed product and I highly recommend it. After installation it was necessary to remove the strainer and remove some debris before we could get full flow. Design wise I was a little disappointed with the narrowness of the handle. I have a wider Moen handle in another bathroom I like much better.

Very nice low arc faucet. I like how they look and how they operate. I purchased two for a bathroom that has two sinks, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I had them installed so I can’t speak to the ease of installation, except to say there was no problem.

Stopper does not work
The faucets are nice but the stopper is not able to close the drain. A sink full of water drains out in 15 seconds, even with my thumb on the stopper.

Buy Moen recommended by most plumbing inspectors
Good enough for my two bathroom lavatories. Easy to install when the sink is not on the cabinet counter top. Moen is quality and value. Like a good set of Mich*lin tires.

Flow rate is automatically regulated, as is the temperature range, as compared to the earlier model.
The delivery on this item was quick, which was very appreciated due to the need to replace an existing unit. The set came with all the necessary parts needed for the replacement, and a fairly good assembly manual. Unit was installed in an afternnon, including removal of the old unit.
