Reviewing something like this is hard as most people aren't going to be vouch for the purity of the product or that it contains what they say it does b/c we don't have labs to test for it. Likewise, most are not going to be able to vouch for its benefits as most of them are not easily perceived (ex: it may increase the antioxidant capacity of the body, it may lower your risk for heart disease, etc). There is a good chance that it may be helping you and you don't realize it or you think it is helping you and it is a placebo effect and/or something else. That said, there is a decent amount of research that says turmeric has a lot of benefits and I don't see anything to suggest that this isn't an authentic product so I am rating it well. The one thing that I didn't care for and why I docked it a star is that the hinged lid on the cap broke off entirely within the first day or two of using it.

A turmeric and curcumin supplement in capsule format. Turmeric is purported to be an antioxidant sourced from plants. Consuming it with black pepper helps increase absorption, and this formula has added it for that purpose. Suggested dose is one capsule per day. East to swallow yellow capsules have no taste or aftertaste. The green plastic bottle is coded for recycling as type 1 resin, contained no cotton, and was sealed with foam for freshness and tamper evidence. The twist-off cap is easy to operate, has a flip top to dispense the capsules, and was shrink wrapped for safety and freshness.
