As for the sauce itself, it is hands down the best jarred red sauce I have ever tasted. It has a rich, authentic flavor with the perfect balance of garlic, tomatoes, and olive oil. Unlike so many other brands, it isn't overly sweet and tastes exactly like it has been simmering on a stove all afternoon. It is a bit more expensive than the standard supermarket options, but the quality of the ingredients makes it entirely worth it. I highly recommend keeping a few jars in the pantry for a quick, delicious dinner on busy weeknights!

It's not too sweet and not too salty—it just tastes like high-quality Italian tomatoes. Texture & "Cling": Some jarred sauces are watery or too chunky, but this has a silky, emulsified texture that actually clings to the pasta instead of puddling at the bottom of the bowl.
