Don’t consume more that 10g per day
Definitely worth the money. It helped me a lot gaining muscle. It tastes good too, and the best part is I don’t really need to work that hard to get jacked. Also it is good for weightloss. If you’re bulking then don’t buy this.. but if you’re shredding then it’s the best effective creatine out there.

CreaPro definitely one of the best..!
After using ON whey protein and unflavored creatine for years, I tried this flavor by MB, along with MB whey protein. I really am impressed with MB products. This creatine has a nice taste, which I love. Doesn't taste that good when mixed along with whey protein (its taste is overpowering) but I would definitely buy it again and try other flavors!

Creatine is of good quality but fruit punch flavour is too strong and too sweet for me.
I was just another guy like you, bored with plain creatine so I thought to give this a try. I usually take 3 gms creatine 365 days a year but this time I shifted to another city and didn't workout for past 3 months. After taking this supplement I definitely gained strength after 15 days as I expected but the flavour was so sweet that I haven't touched it for last 2 Months. Also the flavour is very strong and I definitely don't like it, not I'll recommend it. Please make it less strong. I haven't bought orange flavour but never go with this fruit punch.

Great Indian Product. Works just as well as foreign brands
It's good in my book. If you're starting creatine cycle give it 2weeks to start seeing results. It's not magic powder. It doesn't work right away it takes at least 2 weeks to start seeing strength gains. But within 5 days for me I started seeing an increase in my strength and increase in reps but not drastic.. It's not steroids so don't expect absurd gains like some idiots who claim it doesn't work. Also increases ur muscle size cz of the water retention. Go for it but don't expect super amazing results.

Taste like a strawberry cough syrup pls don't buy fruit punch flavor.
