I thought this was proper soil it's coconut husk.
Get some proper soil. This was absolutely infested with white bugs and it destroyed what tiny amount of growth my coriander actually had. It was so infested there was no way to save it and I had to bin it. Do yourself a favour, get some proper soil. It had no nutrients so what little grew did so very slowly. Absolutely avoid this and get some proper soil.

I bought it for my cockroaches and giant African millipede and it was perfect, my millipede can burrow and it stays moist for ages
