Very impressed with just how much taste is locked in this Gouda cheese crispies. Through 90 layers puff pastry and 30% it is of this cheese, such flavour holds true. Mature flavour is held within as they are baked still use of original recipe which have origins of Roodenrijs shop in Delft. Quality snack from NL. Thank you

These are without doubt one of the tastiest cheese biscuit/ crackers out there and I’ve ordered them a number of times but every packet I’ve had the biscuits have been smashed enclosed is a picture of today’s delivery I do appreciate they are a fragile biscuit so either maker needs to address packaging or Amazon the picking process maybe one day I’ll get lucky and get intact crackers

Light, melt-in-the-mouth, small, with an amazing flavour.
Although these are a little pricey, they are amazingly good quality.It's hard to describe these as a biscuit or cracker, as they are nowhere near as dense. They are lighter than a cheese pastry twist, not as flakey though. They are more like tiny, slim French toasts but again much lighter with a melt in the mouth texture. In terms of flavour they are very much like cheese twists but with a much more buttery and a refined cheesy flavour to them. And, they are absolutely delicious!As each is so small and light, they are very much in the category of hors d'oevres. Something to put on a plate beside a few olives, a little ham, that kind of thing. I think that due to their amazing flavour, they are best savoured as a mouthful on their own too.They are also probably the best cheese 'biscuit' type product I've ever tasted so it's a shame the packet is so small!End note of caution: the biscuits are very fragile so in true Amazon style, there were a fair few that got broken into two or three pieces. Par for the course!
