Excellent treadmill, robust and neat when folded. Would like the hand bar to be higher but a small issue. But must thank the supplier, regardless of the logistical problems with the virus, they exceeded the delivery window, arrived safe very promptly, thank you.

got this cos im stuck inside for 12 weeks and need to keep up my fitness level. although the hardest thing about this was actually getting it out of the box and in position. once i figured out everything out i was off and i can say that i am really impressed. so enjoyable and with having my music coming for the inbuilt speakers makes the time fly. i have no qualms about recommending this machine for anyone who only wants to walk at speed, its brill...

The good thing about this treadmill is it folds to a compact size and fits under my sofa without the tablet holder . It's very simple to set up and start using - just raise the handle until it clicks into place, plug it in and off you go. I found speed wise that 7km per hour was a brisk walk for me and the on the wrist remote is easy to operate. I did accidently increase the speed rather than decrease a couple of times as the remote can be a bit fiddly to operate while walking but it's fine once you get used to it. Sadly the arm started coming undone on mine and I went round the whole machine finding some bolts were quite loose. I contacted the Bluefin technical help as the machine makes a horrendous squeak between 5.9 and 7 km per hour. I explained I had carried out the recommended maintenance. Several emails later after I've been asked to explain the problem, upload a video and carry out maintenance I'm still waiting to hear from them. Each time I email they take 3 to 5 days to reply with prompting from me. Their pre-sale customer service replies withing 24 hours and it isn't possible to speak to anyone after sales. So it is a great treadmill if it doesn't go wrong, but I've run out of confidence now and returned mine through Amazon and ordered a Dripex.

DO NOT BUY. Everything is great until you start using it. The motor is not strong enough and stops / jerks the belt. Im 100kg but the machine is rated to 120kg. When asking for support from the seller. No response. Luckily Amazon passed me a credit and bought another brand of machine.

This treadmill is brilliant for a small apartment; if necessary it can be folded up and placed under a bed when not in use. It functions perfectly well as treadmill despite being smaller. Easy to use, straight from the box, as it didn't need any construction! A great purchase.

Very noisy treadmill. There is a part broken off it. We have emailed the seller around a month ago and still received no response.

When I ordered this treadmill it was scheduled for delivery in 10 days. It was delivered in 4. So no complaints there. When it arrived there was no assembly required. It was simply a case of take it out of the box, put it on a firm floor, unfold the handle, plug it in and off you go. We only use this product for power walking, so cannot comment on its use as a running machine. We use almost everyday and are very pleased with it.
