My 95 yr old mom has had difficulty going to sleep for many years. She would lie in bed for 2-3 hours before falling asleep. Meds and other melatonin products did not work. But Somnapure works for her. She takes 2 Somnapure pills w/ her meds after dinner, goes to bed an hour later, goes to sleep within 30 to 60 mins. She stays asleep through the night except for briefly waking a few times then quickly falls asleep again, a pattern she has had many years. So I recommend Somnapure. Note that the dosage level is 2 pills taken an hour or so before bed. So a bottle with 30 pills lasts only 15 days. I buy 3 or 4 bottles each time. I tried giving her 1 pill a few times but she wakes up in the middle of the night and stays awake for hours. So she def needs 2 pills each night.

Non addictive. Great for the times you have to get sleep, but your brain doesn't want to stop reviewing everything.

Worked great first few weeks I took them. Seems like they wear off quickly as I continue to use them.

This is a great product for sleeping issues...used with ashwaganda, we're getting a pretty good night's rest.

This product caused restless leg syndrome for me and I was up all night. I hope it works for others, but absolutely did not for me. And, I cannot return it.

It puts you to sleep but their other versions make me less drowsy the next day

I have used all kinds of natural sleep sides. This is the only product that works for me. I’ve used it about two years. No hang over feeling. What works for one person does not necessarily work for the next !
