One of the most beautiful cookbooks you'll own
What a beautiful book! I spent a few hours reading the wonderful story of this family and started a list of all the great recipes I want to make! The photography is unbelievable and I highly recommend this book! Makes me want to go there just to witness what appears to be a peaceful, wonderful life filled with good food, friends and family.

I’ve been following 5 Marys Farm for a couple of years, and tried their ground beef this year. It is the best tasting, most flavorful beef I’ve ever had. I am so excited to read more of their story in this cookbook, make a famous Five Marys Sidecar, and learn how to cook things like “Flank Steak Tacos with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa,” “Brian’s Chicken Fried Steak with Country Gravy,” “Sweet-and-Spicy Baby Back Ribs,” and “Creamy Parmesan Polenta.” Everything the Heffernans create is high-quality, and I’m so grateful to have this cookbook in my kitchen!

Gorgeous photographs only surpassed only by Scrumptious Recipes
This gorgeous book has immediately become a staple of our kitchen. I would have loved it just for the photographs - sumptuous full page images of the Heffernan's "dirt and sunshine" approach to life on Five Marys Farm. Mary's charming asides about ranch life make this a book that I want to curl up with, not just splatter with sauce in the kitchen. But the recipes, oh the recipes! I gave up marking ones to try after I earmarked all of the first 20 pages. Those I have sampled so far are delicious, sophisticated yet undaunting for the average weekday night chef. Though the book makes me want to run off to the ranch, at least this way I can eat like I live on one.

So many delicious choices!
Chalk full of the tastiest breakfast ideas, delicious adult beverages & meals with your most favorite meat choices! Her spice rub recipe is inside & I legit make it once every month or two; we use it so often! This cookbook makes for a great gift or even just a treat for yourself if you’re in the market! If anything, buy it just for the spice rub.. lol.

So much more than just a cookbook!
So excited to receive my long awaited Five Mary's Ranch Raised cookbook!! This is much more than a cookbook, it's the Five Mary's story! Such an inspirational, motivated, hard working family. I am most excited to have the secret ingredients to the M5 spice rub and the Crispy Brussel Sprout salad one of my favorites from the Five Mary's Burgerhouse! Thank you Mary for the passion you bring to all of your endeavors and for allowing us into the day in the life of Five Mary's...It is the new highlight of my kitchen and I can't wait to try them all ♡

Definitely a cookbook for everyone!
So excited to get my cookbook today!!! I have already tried a few of the recipes she has shared in the past and everything is amazing. (They are in the book) I have already started exploring and excited to see great options . Recipes for the grill or indoors many many family recipes. Lovely pictures and stories. I would also recommend following them on Instagram. Very very hard working family living their best life.

Amazing
Two years ago I was on a road trip through California. When I visited Yreka I was looking for an place to eat. I found out that the restaurant of Five Mary's was 20 minutes away. I followed the family already on Instagram. I ordered the steak with potatoes. It was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. When I heard about there cookbook, I ordered it with Amazon. The recipes are easy to understand and the pictures in the book are well chosen. It looks just like there Instagram acount, amazing.
