I ordered this dress and was shipped a different dress

I ordered this dress a few weeks ago. I saw it on another site for almost twice as much so I was excited about getting a deal. I should have paid the extra money!! The dress was shipped after a few days of processing and then it did not come with a tracking number. It took forever to get here. I leave for vacation in a few days and wanted the dress for my beach week. Well when the package actually got here it was not my dress I ordered. The company sent me some ugly stretch blue/green thing. I called them because they sent no return label. After 21 mins on hold I got in touch with someone and she said she would email me a label. Never got it. Now I am leaving for vacation with a dress at home I didn't order.Don't order from Bealls Florida.
