There were some issues but Waker was great about resolving them.
Hat was MUCH darker than depicted. Sizing is much smaller than standard. They sent me replacements which finally fit but were not the color depicted. I do like the replacements and they are well made. Impressed by the quality of the product but they sure don't know much about sizing.The response from Waker was exceptional. Great customer service.

Bought it for my big head
Larger head so I got the 2xl because I wear a 7-5/8 to 7-3/4 ball cap. Circumference was big enough but it doesn't hold its shape as a scaly cap once you put it on your head. Turns into a Giant beret looking ballon thing.
