20pcs 1N34A Germanium Diodes Genuine NOS Tested Fuzz Pedal Mods Genuine

The diode pictured is not the diode I received! A true 1N34A diode is pictured, what I received is an unmarked silicon diode in a TO-35 glass casing. This is a Schottky diode. The forward voltage of a Schottky diode and a germanium diode are close, but there is a difference in their sonic signatures. Also germanium diodes are very sensitive to temperature, these are not. If you need something with a low forward voltage then search for a Schottky, if you want germanium, then these are NOT it!

These are not 1n34a diodes, which are used for the product photo. They aren't germanium at all. These are silicon diodes with a somewhat similar vF, which literally cost about $.01 each. Don't buy these.

These are shotkey diodes not germanium they had no backwards resistance they are basically a one way resistor
