Perfect product!!
I never wear normal underwear again. Because I need to be hydrated all the time, I usually go #1 in a urinal during the evening every 1-1 1/2 hours or I force myself to go to my own bathroom which is a wheelchair and six steps by walker away from the entrance to my bathroom. Sometimes I canโt make it in time so these disposable pull ups are a lifesaver as far as Iโm concerned. It gives me confidence.

happy with these
Comfortable underwear, used at night while sleeping. Not bulky.

Double check your size before you buy!
I normally use a different brand and thought I would try these because of the price. I ware a large in the other brand and thats what I ordered here. It seems their large starts at 45! The other was 38 to 42 for large, so this is a bit big. My fault for not checking enough. Needless to say the fit is a little loose. I do like the pad though, as wraps around more that the other. I have to ware shilds as well as the pants. I won't know how well the work until I have a problem. I do worry the fit may let them leak, but I won't blame that on these pants. I will get the right ones next time. As this may not work as well as the right size I am giving this three starts. Buy the way, they do have an extra bit in the butt for those with a larger size bottom.

Best Fit Iโve Found
First diaper Iโve used that doesnโt fall or sag when I walk or stand up from a seated position. Fits securely without being tight or rubbing. Stays dry longer so it doesnโt irritate your skin. They cost a little more, but I believe they are worth it. I hope they work as well for you. UPDATED; For those having trouble distinguishing the front from the back, hold the waistband at 1 of the 2 side tear-away locations and lightly stretch the elastic. You should be able to see the difference between the white front thread and the blue rear thread. I agree a tag in the back would have been better.

not real waterproof.
They fit fine & feel ok. I'm not real happy with the ability to retain the leaks. If I dribble even a teaspoon, i feel the wet thru the 'plastic' pant. It wont keep your pants dry at all. Dont recall the other brand i had but it was a similar price point . It kept everything perfectly dry. No wet spots on the pants even with a tablespoon or 2 leakage. no such luck with these. the absorbent is thin and permeates easily.

The best there is
OK, first off what is all this whining about "can't tell front from back"? Not for nothing, but one side has a thick, absorbent pad right where you might be leaking. On that same side the leg opening is cut higher than the other side. So, that would be the front. I have had to use this type of underwear since a prostatectomy didn't go so well 11 years ago. Over the years I have tried virtually every brand and style available. Yes, the Depends "real fit" are a little fancier, but too pricey to be the every day go-to. The Tena brand is comfortable, affordable, and functional to the max. Five stars and more.

Highly Recommend
I highly recommend this product. I have tried the competitor Depend product and find this product to be much more comfortable. I do not understand other reviews complaining about not knowing which end is front or back because there is no marking on the underwear. There are butt flaps on the underwear which clearly indicate which is meant to be the rear end of the product. Very good product!

COLOR
THEY ARE GOOD BUT THOSE ARE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED. THEY ARE ALL WHITE. I HAD ORDERED BEFORE AND GOT THE GRAY ONES, WHICH ARE THE ONES I PREFER. I ORDERED GRAY. I WILL KEEP THEM BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL ORDER MORE. PAY A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION OR AT LEAST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE OF ANY CHANGES.
