I really dislike deceptive advertising. **Q: Will xylitol work in breaf recipes using almond or coconut flour?** A: I read for the same reason it helps with tooth decay it may not be best to use for yeast based recipes in lieu of sugar. In this process the yeast eats the sugar to produce the bubbles for lifting. If teeth bacteria can’t digest it like sugar. The yeast may not be able to metabolize the xylitol. So I would do some research before using it in this manner. **Q: Any other ingredients besides the Xylitol?** A: No, there are no other ingredients. On the back of the bag of xylitol, it says, "Ingredients: Pure Xylitol Crystals." Is hydorchloric acid used?** A: I am NOT a scientist but, reading the ingredients & the "explanation" given on the package; it does not mention hydorchloric acid!
