UPDATE on 4/30/2021:The seller has offered me a 60% refund. Really? They will refund 100% only if I return the items and pay for the return shipping myself, return to CHINA! I replied that this is not acceptable. We'll see what they say this time.I submitted this complaint to Amazon:"One piece was already broken (broken nose) when I received it. Clearly, this is not made of resin as resin wouldn't break so easily. They are also not as big as advertised. The biggest one was only 3 inches tall. The rest were 2.25 to 2.75 inches only. Not big enough to use as artist's models. Also, I received only 8 pieces, not 10 as advertised. ... I want my money back plus return shipping cost."I went to the refund page, refund was approved, but the mailing label says POSTAGE NEEDED, and the items are to be sent back to CHINA! I will not pay for return shipping of this item. I want this seller to refund my money and pay for return shipping.I have not heard back from Amazon. I doubt I will hear back from the actual seller.
