Haven't tried this bag yet they were just delivered. However seem to provide good moisture. After flora/biom test came back 100% Bifidobacterium breve urogynecologists said do probiotics when I told her I had some o these she told me th ingredients were really good

doesn't work. symptoms persist
such an expensive product for it not to work. my symptoms have stayed throughout the entire time that i used it. i was recommended this because antibiotics aren't working and yet continued to have symptoms
