Does this kill vegatables and flowers?

I'm not sure about it killing vegetables. I would be cautious of using any sort of chemicals around something you will be eating. We have a peonie garden of over 200 plants, and every year we spend days pulling tall grass from the flowers. This year we sprayed the ground 3 times before the plants emerged, and it killed the grass, and the flowers are doing the best they have ever done. It does take 3 weeks to kill the grass though. So don't be discouraged when you don't see immediate results. We kept spraying them because they weren't dying. Then saw that the grass was dying after 3 weeks just like the label said. Good luck!

Will this product kill Kentucky Bluegrass?

Yes, it kills all sorts of grass including Kentucky Bluegrass. I use it every year in flowers andafter the black raspberries are done and also into the asparagus once it has been harvested for the last time of the year.

Can i use this within liriope spicata ground cover to kill grassy weeds but not harm the liriope?

Yes. It will kill Bermuda grass in liriope without harming the liriope.
