Easy to apply, great color- matched the paint almost exactly, adhered to window area well and seems to be holding great. Will be using elsewhere. Note: not for bathrooms, we bought a different kind for that but great for other areas!

This really is the best caulk...super easy to use and higher quality. If it only worked for Hardie Board it would be even better.

I had read through reviews of caulking on many websites and this particular product came up a few times but being sceptical, I searched for a store that had this brand and was able to find one that had a tube. The Sashco website listed about 6 places close by that carry their products and all but one even knew what I was talking about and lucky for me they had a supply. I bought one and used it around my garage door and was extremely satisfied with its capabilities and ease of use. I subsequently bought the Almond colored one through Amazon which matched the outside color of my home. It was extremely easy to apply and clean-up was quick and easy. After it dried completely you can tell by feel and looks that this was an outstanding product. I later found out from some friends that this brand is used by many building contractors. I would highly recommend this product brand.

This caulk forms a strong bond that stretches with movement. Can be a bit hard to spread. I use a cup of water and my finger. The key is to cut the tip on the caulk in proportion to to the crack etc you are applying it to. A very small cut is the best way to start. You can always trim more but not less.

Really pricey for a caulk. Not sure if it's better than anything else in your local hardware store. Comes in Sand color so that's about it.

Bought the almond "flavored" sealant, as it approximated the color that I"m painting my house. Great adhesion, moderate shrinkage in larger gaps, but creates a nice neat finish. Recommended (and used) by my contractor, I've bought a number of tubes from my local ACE when stock is available, but purchased from Amazon when the former's inventory was lacking. Online price moves around, so load up when it's lower.

I've tried several other brands over the years and this is the one that works and lasts. It's also the only one I've found that when well sealed (I put a nail in the tip and run a large amount of caulk to seal the nail in place) can sit on a shelf for years and still be usable.
