It is cod liver in it own oil and in nice chunks. I have had other brands and I like the large chunks of this brand. Nice flavor for people who like the foie gras of the sea.

This review is for "Threeline Icelandic Natural Cod Liver in Own Oil 121g / 4.3 Oz..."I like the taste, and the possible health benefits.I would be happier if a few of the cans were not dented.I understand this is a natural product so there is variation of the amount of oil and liver from can to can. That doesn't bother me. Sure, I would be happier if the cans were filled full of cod liver, and packed like regular cans of fish. But, it is in no way worse than the more expensive brands that I have bought before.For now, it is my go to brand.

Doing the low carb and this was one food that is suppose to be super good for you and help curve your hunger.It is not fishy and tastes creamy and good not a strong liver taste. I would buy again, just wish I could eat it on a cracker.
