WOW!....
I don't write reviews all the time, and certainly not within an hour of receiving the item. This product has put a huge smile on my face and I want to share this with anyone who has a similar problem as me. Some years ago I fell flat on my back on a tile floor. As the years went by I developed osteoarthritis from this traumatic injury, and I had a total hip replacement on the right side. About a year ago I noticed a discrepancy in the length of my legs. My left leg is shorter than the leg with the titanium joint. I thought it was because of the osteoarthritis but I am now in physical therapy and I just found out from my therapist that the discrepancy is caused because my right hip is actually tilted forward. The result is it makes my left leg 1 inch shorter than the right and because of that discrepancy my gate is off, which causes lower back pain at times. With this knowledge in hand I went on Amazon and saw these full length soles with a lifted heel. I ordered two left insoles and received them today. I immediately put one in my shoe to see if I would notice a difference in how I walk. Boy was I ever amazed! I actually feel like my legs are even and when I walk I'm not limping and putting a strain on my lower back. I immediately noticed a difference in my gait and less pain in my left hip when I walk. I would recommend trying these if you have a problem similar to mine. However, I would also recommend that you have a physical therapist or an orthopedic doctor measure your leg length discrepancy. I was using a half inch heel lift and wasn't getting much relief. After my physical therapist measured me I found out that I actually had a 1 inch discrepancy. It's very important that you know the precise measurement if you do have a leg length difference. I know this was a lengthy review, but I am so overjoyed and really wanted to pass this on to other people that are suffering with this type of discomfort. If you are, try it - you have nothing to lose but the pain!

Best Choice for my sitch!
I crushed my right Calcaneus (heel) bone like a pancake, losing 1" in height. The result was a slight Achilles tendon slackness. This shoe insert fits shoe heel cup fully and has the 1/10 inch "ball of foot" height to take up the lost tendon strength and reduce limp dramatically. This insert works over all the others I have tried.

ok...but not what I was expecting
I admit, I'm really new to buying this type of item. But what I was trying to order was an insole that was even from heel to toe. And I really thought that these were that type of item. But while they are full-length insoles, the "height" is at the heel end only...so you kinda feel like your walking on heels...in a way - even tucked under the insoles of your tennies. So it's kinda weird. So I'm going to keep looking.

Helps somewhat
Helps somewhat. Wish they made these comfortable lifts that were like a book with no slope and that stayed the same heighth.

Not adjustable height
Need to order large size to fit. They work fine. I just wear one on my shorter leg to have both legs the same length. Both my knees were replaced and the doctor cut one leg shorter.

Just what my son needed
Works best with 3/4 sneakers or high tops.
