Cerez Pazari Sumac Spice Powder 6oz, Ground Sumac Seasoning, Turkish Sumak

Sumac is great on rice and everything else you want to impart a citrusy flavor. This particular brand of sumac has a full bodied flavor profile with a tart top note. Personally, I like my sumac a bit finer ground and uniform in size. So I put it in my mortar and ground it down a bit before I use it. Regarding taste and flavor, this brand gives you a good quality product, and the price reflects that. Definitely will buy again.

This is a great way to add flavor to many dishes. My Lebanese friend introduced me to this spice. Sumac is like course paprika with a citrus flavor. Fabulous for BBQ chicken, fish and shrimp. I wish it came in a larger size!

I have not yet used it in cooking but I tasted it with my fingers and took a pinch and I love to flavor the aroma the the lemony it's an awesome spice I I really really I'm going to enjoy this I just haven't figured out exactly what I'm going to use it for and in as far as cooking goes it's going to be a wonderful addition to my kitchen thank you very much appreciate it

ok-I've never had it before so can't compare the taste but it's a little tart

An authentic product that adds such a perfect taste to! Beautiful in coloration and so fresh tasting ! A nice addition to any Mediterranean dish !

One of the best sumac spice powders I have used. Gives chicken kebabs a robust flavor!

I got it today. The product was not fresh, it looked brownish and with an awful flavor. the paper interior seal was detached .Feel very disappointed and 😡 since there is no way to return it and get it changed. I feel SCAMMED!!

It's sumac. Not much to say about it. I will be reordering from this seller.
