I’ve used Mueller brand for many of my sprains and this is a good addition to my preventive kit. I purchased this to minimize the vibrations that go up my elbow shoulder and neck when using an automotive polisher. I have a cervical injury and it makes a huge difference on whether my neck has a sharp pain at the end of the day or not. One day I didn’t take it work and regretted it immensely, proving to me that it worked great at absorbing the vibrations and shock. I bought this brace so I could wash the other one a physical therapy clinic sold me, but I ended up liking this one better than my original one. It fits just as good and stops the pain of tennis elbow. It is much easier to fasten than the ones with multiple straps. After a few months of use, the Velcro is failing and won't stay fastened. I wish these companies would realize (or care) that women and men do not have the same size arms. My arm measures 8 and half inches around where I wear this brace. The small/medium is too large and slips a lot when I wear it. Please just make a small, medium and large!

Update after 2 years: still my favorite! I lost this strap recently and have been using two other brands that I bought. But they are just not able to keep the pressure on my elbow tendon like this one does, so I'm buying another! I love this armband for my tennis elbow. This is the second arm band I bought, and it’s much better than the previous one. My tennis elbow is absolutely excruciating, and this brace doesn’t completely solve the problem, but it sure makes it a lot better. It makes it so that I can proceed with my life while I undergo the long process of recovery. This brace is simple, and that’s what I like about it. It’s the right width, not so narrow that it cuts into my skin I’m not so thick, but it feels bulky. It has great fabric. It’s lightweight. It’s easy to clean. It’s quite comfortable, and I even sleep in it sometimes. If you’re in doubt about which size to buy, I’d recommend getting the smaller one. My arm measured right at the 11 inches that is the cut off. I got the small and it’s plenty big.

It does the job it should. But the velcro wears out pretty fast and no longer stays fastened. Once that happens it's worthless

Skeptical about the price--but an excellent product. Easy to use, slips right on. Velcro allows you to tighten or loosen as needed for amount of pressure desired. Easy to adjust presser point to position you need, so far it hasn't slipped down my arm. Comfortable material--appears to be well made, good stitching all the the way around, no threads poking out anywhere. Material has some flexibility even when cinched down so that you can still move y our arm without cutting off circulation. No rubbery smell. Pressure pad is not removable but product is easy enough to shift where you need it Very pleased. Finally some relief. (Time to test out its durability!)

This has been great for my golfers elbow. I use it when playing regularly as I get classic symptoms - pain just below the elbow. I think there are different sizes so pay attention to that when ordering but really this has been great value, really well made and has been a lifesaver on a number of occasions removing pain and allowing me to play when otherwise the elbow would have been too uncomfortable. On my second one of these as I gave the last one to a friend that was suffering and they have kept it they liked it so much!

This is a must for tennis elbow sufferers, great product.

Bought this because i hate the ones made out of neoprene (causes too much sweating under them) This works very well & would highly recommend it
