Very pleased with results after only two weeks
My dog has clean back teeth, but has build up on her top front teeth and terrible breath. I've been using these about 3 to 4 times a week for the last two weeks. I've notices less build up and the terrible breath is gone. My dog tolerates me wiping her teeth with these and seems to like the taste of the wipes. My dog is 10lbs and I cut the wipes in half. This makes it easier for me to use on her and also extends the amount of wipes I get to use. I am hopeful that with longer use I will continue to see good results.

Good for small dogs, smells strongly of clove.
I used these for the first time tonight. I have 2 small dogs - 5.5 lbs and a little over 4 lbs with dogs so small it's really tough but very important to keep up with dental hygiene. I've tried the small end of the double headed brush, a specifically small dog toothbrush, and the little petosan microfiber finger glove thing. All were uncomfortably too big to reach back to my dogs' molars, fitting between the lip and teeth - especially since I had trouble "feeling" what I was doing jabbing around with a toothbrush or the thick finger glove thing. These are nice and thin and easy to wrap around my finger but still feel where I'm going in my dogs mouth.Although the description for this listing said it leaves a pleasant cinnamon scent, I would say I can only smell a strong scent of cloves. I don't mind it, nor do my dogs, but if you are expecting cinnamon you'll probably be surprised.

Wow! (Please see pics)
NOTE: The pads are small, so be careful they don't accidentally get swallowed.I used this on my 5-year-old pit mix for the first time, and was amazed at the junk that came off immediately. She was neglected for the first year or two of her life, so I've been trying to reverse the minor calculus development ever since I got her three years ago.Her teeth weren't in terrible shape to begin with, but my efforts were mostly slowing down the process since the bacteria had already taken hold in the porous buildup. The vet said she could conceivably benefit from an expensive cleaning in a few years, but might not need to if I consistently used something with chlorhexidine or hexametaphosphate, which could gradually reverse the process in the long run.The vet said pet owners should actually AVOID using toothbrushes and use pads or pantyhose wrapped around a finger, unless your pet might snap. Since my dog doesn't even react during shots and examinations, she told me to take advantage of her even temper and use this more thorough approach. The attached pics are after the very first time I used one on her. They are grainy because I am a terrible photographer, but actual bits of brown gunk came off. If you look closely, you can see a big brown spot. It wasn't blood, and she hadn't eaten yet so it wasn't food either. She wasn't crazy about the taste so if you have a dog you think would snap at you, I would be careful since you are sticking your fingers in there. Luckily, my dog is very patient and obedient so it's no problem for me.If your pet isn't very patient about these kinds of methods, this company has other products with the same ingredients, like gels that don't require brushing. Make sure to consult your vet, though. I am not a veterinary professional.

My MinPin has teeth like a puppy!
Rhue is a ten pounder, bain of voles, can humanely dispatch any varmint in the garden, is very proud when she does. These are the dental wipes our Vet recommended for my last MinPin after his teeth needed cleaning at about age 7. That was a traumatic event for Yoda, and it was beneficaial, and these wipes kept his teeth and gums in good shape until his liver got him.Rhue loves her teeth cleaning. I can get the wipes behind both her upper molars and scrub the gum line all the way to her fangs, and have been doing it since she was a couple years old, when the Vet pointed out some inflammation at the gum lines and plaque on the molars. Now, at seven years old her teeth are like puppy teeth, maybe a little less white, but her gums are healthy and there's no need to get her teeth cleaned. The big dober pup, Shockoe, waits around while I clean the MinPin's teeth and we get hers, too. A friend of mine lost his hound dog Edna in her prime years before her time to tooth infections working into her brain case. It was a touching last meeting, shoudn't have been so soon.I'm sure there are other wipes that work as well, but I'm very brand-loyal and am happy continuing with my old Vet's recommendation years ago...

Okay for in between brushings
If you are familiar with other Dechra wipes, these are just as small as the Mal A Ket and other ones. They smell like a dentist's office with a touch of clove. I brush my dog's teeth on a regular basis but my Mini Shar-Pei who used to like having her teeth brushed now recoils from it for some reason. My vet suggested using gauze, which we do, but I wanted to give these a try. They work okay, but for what they cost, the gauze or a toothbrush is better. Not too much stuff comes off of my dog's teeth with these, but she is also raw fed, so the bones she eats in the PM probably scrape off a lot of plaque. These are okay for in between brushings and help with freshening breath, but they are not as effective as hoped.

Very good product
I recently rescued a small mixed breed dog and have used this product on his teeth about 4 times. I feel that it has really helped remove tartar on his teeth. I just had his teeth professionally cleaned and will use this product routinely now. My dog does not seem to like the taste of this at all but, hopefully he will tolerate it better as he gets more used to it.

Highly Recommend
I comb my dog out nightly, his coat is shiny and have Dechra pads for cleaning his mouth and teeth. They work well and deodorize. I notice they have a kind of clove scent to them. The vet has been very impressed at how white and strong and healthy my boy's teeth and gums are and says I am giving him good oral hygiene by using these wipes. My dogs does not seem to mind the chore of mouth/teeth cleaning either.

No muy funcionales
Son sumamente pequeñas y no parecen quitar el sarro o suciedad acumulada, únicamente refrescan el aliento y el sabor parece no ser muy atractivo para el perro. No están mal pero no son lo que esperaba.
