**Q: I fell and hit my head , helmet has a few dents in it , where do I send it back for replacement?**
A: It's not a ridiculous question. Many major helmet companies offer some kind of free or discounted replacement if you're involved in a crash that damages the helmet. Google "bike helmet crash free replacement".  You'll see for example Bontrager "With our Crash Replacement Guarantee, we will provide you with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership."  For this brand "Grottico", I can't find any info about a crash-replace program.

**Q: Does the helmet have a cpsc certification sticker inside the helmet?**
A: Yes

**Q: How much difference is there between the medium and large sizes as far as fit is concerned?**
A: I have a rather large head so I knew the M wouldn’t be the one for me. The large fits very well and the helmet has an adjustment in the back so you can make it slightly larger or smaller. The helmet is very light and a solid product. Hope this helps with your decision. Oh the the light on the back of the helmet gives great visibility to drivers.

**Q: How do you remove the warning lamp to charge it?**
A: The light gets popped out of the helmet completely to charge.  Pry it a little from each side.
